RAP is often asked to share resident members’ concerns with the City, and we’re happy to do so. However, if you want to report a drainage problem, register a complaint about road conditions or infrastructure, or need to notify officials about code violations in your neighborhood, you should know the City of Jacksonville offers two easy and effective ways to get your concerns addressed. Residents can call 630-CITY, or submit an on-line request through the City’s eCare program. These programs are confidential and convenient.
